HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have been seeing Dr. Siman for my TMJ treatment since 2023. I came in with pretty severe TMJ pain and other symptoms that were pretty much making my life miserable. After starting treatment with Dr. Siman, I felt my symptoms noticeably improved in the first few weeks and almost have completely resolved. I had multiple consultations prior to seeing Dr. Siman with other dentists and so-called "TMJ specialist". I saw chiropractors, neurologist, physical therapist, had acupuncture, Botox, and took tons of pills and medications with no results. Not to mention the thousands of dollars I spent. I had multiple night guards and different appliances made by Different doctors and dentists that ended up in the corner of my dresser. A friend recommended that I consult with Dr. Siman. It was the phone call that changed my life. The consultation was long about 2 to 3 hours. They took a complementary CT scan. Dr. Siman interviewed me and went over all of my history and concerns. I came to see Eddie Siman for a second opinion about treatment for sleep apnea devices...I'm so glad I did because the first dentist wanted to put me in Invisalign first, and I didn't want to wait to solve my sleeping issues. They offered a sleep device after straightening my teeth, but they're not even crooked just a little crowding. Anyways, when I came to see Dr. Siman his consultation was very thorough and the images they took showed I had TMJ. He explained how Invisalign could worsen that because I needed to work on fixing my bite, NOT straightening my teeth. My journey started to resolve sleep apnea and he said the TMJ device would help with that too. Also, during this time I had neck and shoulder issues that were giving me pain in my left elbow that radiated into my hand. I'd wake up with stiff fingers and was told in was my ulnar nerve, and I even got a referral from my physician for an MRI. Luckily, I saw Dr. Siman before going through all that! I was convinced that TMJ could be the origin of my issues and decided to proceed with treatment. Within a month of wearing my TMJ device I was sleeping better and my finger stiffness went away! I heard Dr. Siman educate about TMJ issues on the radio. I was experiencing several of the problems that can be directly related to a misaligned jaw. After my consultation with Dr. Siman, I was able to see exactly why I had so many problems. The imaging provided a clear picture of my misaligned jaw. After treatment, my jaw pain is gone, the tinnitus I had experienced for years is cured, and with the sleep apnea appliance, I no longer need to use a CPAP machine!

I came to Dr. Siman for treatment of TMJ. I had neuralgia, facial pain, head and neck pain and there was pressure in my eyes that began after a car accident. I’ve been very delighted with the entire office staff and with Dr. Simon in particular. He has a great way of listening to you but also his initial exams were very thorough and there was a scientific reason for what he did that really helped me understand the procedures we were going to go through. I drive an hour and a half to get here and it’s been well worth it! The facial pain neck pain and shoulder pain have disappeared the tinnitus is still there a little but it’s much better than it ever was and so this is been a great experience. I highly recommend Dr Siman to anyone seeking help from TMJ.

I have been suffering from ringing in my ears, headaches and severe neck pain for many years. I had gone to several specialty doctors and therapists( primary, EMT, Physical therapy, acupuncture, massage therapist) with only temporary relief. I decided to try Dr. Siman after hearing excellent reviews about how he has helped many patients with the same symptoms I was experiencing. After 6 months of treatment, my headaches are gone and I no longer have the constant pain on the left side of my neck! Dr. Siman has really given me back quality of life. I am able to enjoy my grandkids and able to do a lot more of what I love without being held back! Thank you Dr. Siman and your amazing staff! Irene Shook
